These are the values for the "actions" array in chart files.

hideDifficulty

Hide the difficulty in the HUD.

bgFreaksAngry

In the Week 6 stage, make the BG girls dissuaded, like in Roses.

isHalloween

Lightning strikes periodically.

hideBoyfriend

Hide the player character.

hideDad

Hide the opponent.

hideGf

Hide the girlfriend.

spookyEnemy

Make the enemy spooky, using a trail effect. Used in Thorns.

spookyPlayer

Make the player spooky, similar to spookyEnemy.

underConstruction

Place an "Under Construction" sign. Probably not in the right position.

winterHorrorlandIntro

Play the intro from Winter Horrorland.

showSongCredit

Show the contents of the chart data's songCredit.txt on-screen.

hideOpponentNotes

Hide the opponent strumlines.

dontResizeStrumlines

If there are multiple opponent strumlines, don't resize them. This will result in overlapping.

lightsOffEnding

Turn the lights off when the song ends.

forceStrumAppearAnim

Force strumlines to play the appear animation, even in Story Mode.

noStrumAppearAnim

Force strumlines to not play the appear animation, and instead appear instantly.

importedFromCloneHero

Used in charts imported from Clone Hero. Currently does nothing.
